This was a gift for my son and I'm sure he is enjoying this album. He really liked the look of the semi-clear vinyl.
However, I dislike your policy on a pre-order. You charged me for the album on the day I pre-ordered it, which I think is not done by most companies. They usually charge you at the time of shipment. I never got any communication from you about the date of shipment, even after more than 30 days had gone by. I emailed you asking for information on date of shipment and my email was ignored. You did eventually send an email stating thet my order had been shipped, but this was not a response to my email. As a result, I will never do a pre-order with you again. My son likes the albums you sell, so I will most likely order if they are in stock. But I think you should rethink your policy of charging at time of preorder. And most companies would have al least communicated with me when they hadn't shipped within 30 days of the order. Actually you should have offered me a refund at thet time - not that I would have taken it - but this is not good costomer relations in my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and for buying our album for your son! I've opened up a conversation with our tech team about holding payments during a pre-order window to see if that's something we can do in the future.

For vinyl retail sales it's generally accepted to provide payment at the time of pre-order as many runs sell out. I understand a long wait can be frustrating, and the Zelda & Chill series definitely took quite a while to finish production. We have already taken steps to shorten our pre-order windows going forward.

We hope your son enjoys his record. If your son would like a digital copy of Zelda & Chill III for download or for lossless streaming from Bandcamp, send us an email and we'll be happy to provide a free download code.

Thank you for supporting GameChops!

As of now, it is the latest addition to the Zelda and Chill series, and I’ve enjoyed just as much as the first two. I’ve gotten into the habit of playing background music when doing busy work like house chores, so this vinyl was a great addition to my starting lo-fi collection. I highly recommend getting this vinyl if you’re a Zelda fan, and want some chill tunes to listen to in the background. I hope they release a sequel vinyl soon, there are still so many Zelda tracks to select from.

Spectacular vinyl, so glad my favorite albums were released this way.
